Dr. Cecilia Tortajada is a Mexican biologist.
Tortajada is President of the Third World Centre for Water Management. As an International Faculty Associate she is active in two projects with the Institute of Water Policy (IWP) at the Lee Kyan Yew School for Public Policy Singapore, where she also was a Visiting Professor:
Furthermore, the International Steering Committee (ISC) of the XVth World Water Congress is chaired by Tortajada.[1] This Conference will take place in Edinburgh, Scotland, in May 2015.
Tortajada is the Editor of the International Journal of Water Resources Development and member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Natural Resources Policy Research.
