According to United Nations International Strategy for Disaster Reduction (ISDR) a serious disruption in the functioning of a community or a society involving widespread human, material, economic or environmental impacts (damages or losses) which exceeds the ability of the affected community or society to cope using own resources. Some climatic disasters are floods, droughts, excessive rains, strong winds, huricannes, typhoons, Tsunami etc. However wars and conflicts are social disasters
