Introduction
The German Food Partnership is an initiative found by leading German corporations and associations and the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development. It aims to connect public and private stakeholders for the implementation of projects concerning the installation of reliable agriculutral supply chains and the expansion of the agricultural production.
Background
The German Food Partnership (GFP) was found in 2012, the former name "German Initiative for Agriculture and Nutrition in Emerging and Developing Countries" was changed to German Food Partnership in 2013.
